Meeting Overview: Tuesday, October 13th!

Thank you to everyone who attended the meeting this evening! We announced our new committee chairs: Nixon is our Service chair, Kim is our K-Family chair, Karen is our Fundraising chair, and Emma is our Social chair. Congratulations Nixon, Kim, Karen, and Emma! Also, we talked about our upcoming events: Fall Rally and the Scented Leaf fundraiser. If you are going to Fall Rally, Michael will be leaving at 3:00 PM on Friday, so meet him at the roundabout in front of the Student Union Memorial Center at that time. If you want to leave earlier, please message Ava or Aubrey and make arrangements with them. Our Scented Leaf fundraiser will take place on two different days, October 20th from 6:00 to 8:00 PM and October 27th from 6:00 to 8:00 PM. If you have not been to Scented Leaf, it is a tea house on University next to Wilko and Chipotle. Please tell your friends to come! We are also still selling lanyards, so if you want one, please bring $5 to the next meeting. Also, Kiwanis de Amigos is having a rummage sale where they will be selling apartment sized refrigerators, among other items, so if you are interested in buying one please tell Ed at the next meeting. Lastly, a reminder about dues. We are extending the deadline for dues one more week, so if you have not yet paid your dues, please bring $30 to the next meeting.
